Individual Psychotherapy
Exceeding expectations one client at a time.
This is where your new chapter begins.
At Lotus Healing and Wellness Center, individual therapy is a personalized and compassionate journey tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, we provide a safe and supportive space to help you heal and grow.
Our licensed therapists draw from a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, somatic, and existential therapies. We work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that honors your lived experience and moves at your pace.
Therapy is a space where you can feel seen, heard, and validated. Our goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, build insight, and experience meaningful transformation.
Below are a list of some common therapy approached Lotus utilizes:

Psychodynamic Therapy: Explores unconscious processes and how past experiences affect current behavior.
Somatic Therapy: Connects the mind and body by working through trauma and stress stored in the body.
Narrative Therapy: Helps clients re-author the stories they tell about themselves and their experiences.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): Concentrates on finding solutions and building on client strengths rather than dwelling on problems.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy: Incorporates mindfulness practices to increase present-moment awareness and reduce stress.

Art or Expressive Arts Therapy: Uses creative expression as a therapeutic process to explore emotions and trauma.
